Every package includes a complimentary skin consultation and personalised treatment plan tailored to your skin concerns and goals.
Treatment Frequency
Treatments are generally recommended every 2–4 weeks, depending on your skin condition, treatment suitability and desired results.
Bookings & Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
Transfers
Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other promotions, except where required by law.
Treatment Adjustments
Treatments may be adjusted based on your skin's condition and progress to ensure your skin's needs are prioritised.
